「若為使令一切鬼神不相違拒者，當於髑髏寶杖手。」

擺對位置，問題成為優勢
選對角度，缺憾成為長處
有慧眼的人，善觀察、善運用
任何人皆可用，任何因緣皆可喜
Put in the correct place,
A problem becomes an advantage.
Looked at from the right angle,
A shortcoming becomes a merit.
Those who have the eye of wisdom
Are good at observing, are good at using it.
Anyone can be put to use,
And all fate is worthy of joy.

無論生活或工作，我們難免遇到和自己格格不入的人，想法、做法都天南地北，很難溝通，想起來就令人沮喪。對這種和我們比較無緣的人，挫折的時候，就會覺得他們真是「搗蛋鬼」。
現實生活裡的「搗蛋鬼」，其實常比虛無飄渺的鬼神更會造成阻礙，更令人煩心。
髑髏寶杖手是種祝福，祝福我們，源於千手千眼觀世音菩薩的加持與願力，一切造成阻礙的鬼神，都能轉為護持順緣，違緣轉為吉祥；也祈願一切比鬼神更造成我們生活橫逆的無緣人，都變成有緣人，重結清淨善緣。
髑髏寶杖手也是種提醒，有緣無緣是種相對觀念，當我們覺得別人很難溝通，其實對方也覺得我們很麻煩，我們也是人家眼裡的「搗蛋鬼」；唯有放下這種怨親的分別心，用平等的慈悲相待，這種緊張的關係才有轉機，才有機會成為彼此的護法神。
