「若為求生諸梵天上者，當於軍持手。」
As explained in the text the practice of this mudra is designed to accompany the quest for a place in heaven.
人間所渴望的
如何安身立命
不如當下轉心
讓紅塵轉為淨土
煩惱轉為菩提
In our lives,
We long to enjoy peace and stability.
Why not turn our attentions at once
To changing this mundane world into sukhavati,
The land of Buddha;
And changing frustration into bodhi,
The perfect wisdom.
【祝福】
天堂，是種美麗的嚮往，西方信仰的人希望死後上天堂，佛家也有「梵天」之說，那是美麗而長壽的天人聚集的地方，就是民間信仰裡所說的諸神雲集的「天上」。有些人，現世生活不如意，就希望生命之路結束後上天堂，覺得今生之苦都可以因此得到美好報償。
軍持手的祝福，本意雖然祈願若有人發願生於梵天的，必能如願；但在更深進的層次，其實是提醒我們，與其追求遙遠的往生後的天堂，不如努力轉心轉境，在每個當下安樂自在，讓此生即是天堂。
軍持手是種提醒，告訴我們快樂源於內心的力量，念轉心轉，天堂不遠，梵天就在身旁。
