兩手交疊，在擾擾紅塵
示現一個穩定的姿勢
不傾動不染著，就是大安心
不追逐不逃避，就是大自在
Arms gently folded,
Maintaining an air of serenity and calm
In this agitated world.
Unagitated, unaffected,
That is a the supreme peace of mind.
Not seeking, not escaping,
That is the supreme contentment.
【祝福】
有時，我們會覺得有些障礙莫名其妙，有些困境完全沒有道理，有些人和你作對，想破頭也不知為什麼。除了好好檢討自己行事的風格，有些時候，我們只好把它們當作無始以來的因果業力，當成一種「魔怨」吧。
總攝千臂手，就以諸佛的加持，幫助我們化解一些莫名其妙的障礙，祝福我們逢凶化吉，困境自然消融。但總攝千臂手也是種提醒，要消融業力成熟的困境，當下自己要安忍，要觀空，要慈悲，要承擔，在受苦中不生恨意，甚至還能安心承受，歡喜面對，自然能用不可思議的心靈力量，調服一切違緣和怨敵。心，是真正的奇蹟，是最好的解藥，別忘了善用它，這才是總攝千臂手真正的祝福。
