敬愛的心情，將源源不絕，如泉湧生

宛如心中戴一只圓潤的玉環
Buddhists believe
That if one wears a jade bracelet and
Practices the way of reverence and affection,
Feelings of love and respect
Will flow forth undeterred
Like water gushing from a spring.
It is a symbol of perfect balance and mellow beauty
Tension and slack in perfect equilibrium.
With harmonious rhythm and in a gentle, placid mood,
You manage affairs, deal with people and tend to
what happens,
As if wearing a mellowly beautiful bracelet of jade in your heart.

玉，是種溫潤的象徵，中國古代只有貴族、讀書人、士君子才佩玉，用來惕勵自己隨時記得「溫潤之德」。玉環，則是圓滿、尊貴、權勢的象徵。
今天，玉環已成為中國人最愛的佩飾，大部分女子人手一只，據說好玉環是「活的」，不但可以隨身心狀態越來越溫潤美麗，還有不少玉環幫主人消厄擋災、甚至定情的傳說。但我們是否記得也幫自己的心中，戴上一只象徵溫潤、圓滿的玉環，隨時提醒自己厚道一點、溫柔一點、圓滿一點？
玉環手是種提醒，願我們行坐臥處，待人接物，念念慈悲。能如此，玉環手的敬愛法，自然內化進我們的生命深處，自然感召同樣的善念，得到他人的敬愛。
