立斷，是寶劍的拿手好戲
一刀兩斷，絕不拖泥帶水
但小心，太久不用，劍會銹，人會鈍
讓意志的劍出鞘吧
乾淨漂亮，還你月白風清
We all have a transparent precious sword in our hands.
Severing trouble instantly—
That is the specialty of the precious sword.
Splicing in two with one clean cut,
Always decisive and clear.
But take care, if you leave it idle for too long,
The sword will rust and your mind will become dull.
Unsheathe the sword of determination from its scabbard,
Pure and beautiful,
It will return to you the pale moon and the clear breeze.

俗話說：「心裡有鬼」。大家都很愛聽鬼故事，但很少人見過鬼，倒是對「心裡有鬼」這句話心知肚明。
「心裡有鬼」的時候，看什麼都覺得鬼影幢幢，覺得「怪怪的」，看到任何狀況，都做負面解讀，自然召感不吉祥的能量，倒楣的事就容易上身，這就是「心裡的鬼」在作祟了。
這些鬼的源頭是「我執」，我執又是生死輪迴之根，一切煩惱的起源。一執著小我，人就會變得小氣、小心眼、目光如豆，衝突就多，障礙就會排隊報到；但是，若把「我」擴大開來，敬一切眾生如父如母，視三界有情都是救度的對象，則顯出平等的大慈悲，煩惱立刻變為菩提，關鍵是那一念之轉。這一轉心之間，所生的是迷悟的差別、聖凡的差別。
寶劍手提醒我們揮動智慧劍，煩惱立斷，別在心裡養小鬼！
